Our Initial Consultation is complementary. Our specialist will meet with You to discuss ideas and needs, take measurements, and create an “existing conditions” floor plan. In-home evaluation and measure service is also free and does not require a deposit.
We feel like it’s only fair for You to have a clear understanding of cost and scope of the project before you fully commit and pay for it.
Our design team will create a preliminary design and layout of your new kitchen, taking in account your requests and existing conditions. Based on the new plan we will provide a comprehensive cost estimate for the project. At this time we ask for a “Design retainer”, a deposit to enable us to further work with you on finalizing details of the design, order samples, create renderings if needed. The deposit is not refundable but applied towards the final cost of the project and usually 5-10% of the estimate.
Our stuff experienced in all phases of preparation, design, layout , production , estimation, construction and renovation will help you navigate through a difficult terrain of remodeling process with ease. At this stage we will finalize an entire project, create detailed floor plan and elevations, help you select a manufacture best suited for your build, materials, colors and textures. Create an appliance list and insure the fit of each unit. Gide you in the selection of countertops, hardware and fixtures if requested, make arrangements with contractors and architects as needed. At this time, we prepare a Purchase Contract and ask for the production deposit of 50% of the amount.
As you special order becomes ready and available we will schedule the delivery and installation (if part of the agreement) . We collect a final payment upon the delivery. Installation and remodeling charges (if any) may be scheduled differently and vary depending the size and scope of the project.
